- 4. Say please and thank you – In our fast pace world people forget to do this. Subconsciously this goes a long way. It’s an attitude of gratitude. Being considerate will lead to referrals.
- 4.5 Be Clear on how to build trust – Be clear on your outcome. Know your end result. When you are confident your clients will be confident in you. Clarity builds trust also.
